Konrad Bartel

Konrad Bartel holds an M.Eng degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch. He has 20 years experience as Production Manager / Director in the manufacturing environment. He is a TOC expert and Ontological Business Coach and implements TOC at organizations throughout South Africa.

 Lynne Krishna

Lynne specializes in Life and Business Ontological Coaching. Being involved with business development, she has deployed coaching at senior management level in Business Connexion. As regional branch manager for Softline in the Western Cape, Lynne capitalized on coaching as a tool to re-engineer the business process and culture, resulting in maximum profits, sustained growth and streamlined strategy. Her employment at Deloitte, Human Capital, was a focus on Capability Management and Implementation.

Deon van Zyl (click for LinkedIn Profile)

Deon van Zyl is a mechanical engineer and holds an MBA from the Business School of the University of Stellenbosch.  Having spent 16 years in the arena of hi-technology engineering product development and management of large and hi-complexity multi-disciplinary projects, Deon gained extensive experience in Project Management, Contracting and Contract Management as well as the associated disciplines of System Engineering, Configuration Management, Quality Management and Risk Management.

Deon is a TOC Application Expert as well as a Solution for Sales Expert currently involved with various projects in South Africa.

Willie Meissner

Willie Meissner is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA from the Hull University in the UK.  He registered as a professional after completing his practical training in the gold mining industry. For the next 15 years he worked as a technical manager in the defence and corrosion resistant equipment industries before changing focus to industrial marketing for the latter.

He also ran his own business specializing in the marketing and implementation of customized process solutions for various industries in the Western Cape before joining Ops Logik last year as an application expert in Theory of Constraints. 

Lizenka van der Walt

Lizenka has completed her Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Stellenbosch. She is a qualified TOC Application Implementer working on projects throughout South Africa.
